| This would prove to be the last BNSF train operating on the BNSF line from Columbus, Ms to Magnolia, Al. This train was known as the Amory-Magnolia. The next day that portion of the line would be sold to the Alabama Gulf Coast Ry. Fittingly, an ex BN is in the lead of this last NB train. Now, the AGR would have a complete run from Columbus to the Gulf Coast. BNSF still runs into Columbus with the 852 local. |
