| In October 2017 after having shot many of the typical images at Cook Springs, AL of trains coming through the sweeping curve onto the trestle with Bald Rock Mountain for years, I decided to try the tunnel. Because shooting at the tunnel can only really be had on cloudy days, most of the purist photographers won't bother with the effort not really grasping the fact that when it's cloudy that an opportunity to shoot at some locations are made possible. Having had that purist mentality for quite some time, I put it to rest. Were it sunny, this afternoon image couldn’t be had. |
